We all know who Ricky Gervais, Gervais with his full name "Ricky Dene Gervais" was born on 25 June 1961, in Reading, England. In Golden Globes 2011 ceremony night, Gervais become a host of course with his habit joke, as a comedian.

May be some people consider that Gervais is going too far with his joke tonight on Golden Globe 2011 ceremony, because his performance offered plenty of rude remarks, insulting many Hollywood stars and the organizers of the Golden Globes 2011 show.

With a sip of his beer and a barrage jokes, Ricky Gervais left the audience of the 2011 Golden Globe Awards speechless. Promising to “notch it up” for this year’s show, the comedian certainly didn’t disappoint his fans though he did manage to anger many on Hollywood’s A-List and the awards show organizers.
