There is question What Time is the State of the Union Address 2011?

President Barack Obama will make his State of the Union for 2011 starting at 09:00 ET and 18:00 Pacific Time on Tuesday, January 25, 2011.

It is expected that Obama’s speech to be about one hour in duration on the basis of previous years.
The State in the last year of the union of Obama, the first hour of hitting Mark since 2000, clocking in one hour and nine minutes. But longer than ever before SOTU was in 2000, when addressing the American President Bill Clinton extended an hour and a half.
